Shipping Policy – Buildzo

Order Processing & Confirmation

At Buildzo, we prioritize fast and reliable delivery of construction materials. Orders are typically confirmed and dispatched within 20–30 minutes of successful order confirmation, subject to product availability and serviceability.


Delivery Timeframe

  • Orders placed between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM will be delivered within 60, 90, or 120 minutes depending on your delivery location and product category.

  • Orders placed outside operational hours will be processed and delivered on the next business day.

  • Currently, Buildzo services selected pincodes in Bathinda, Punjab. Serviceability and estimated delivery times can be checked on our website during checkout.


Delivery Charges

We follow a simple delivery fee structure based on your order value:

  • Orders up to ₹5,000 — Delivery Fee: ₹199

  • Orders between ₹5,001 and ₹10,000 — Delivery Fee: ₹99

  • Orders above ₹10,000Free Delivery

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Bulk orders

  • Heavy materials

  • Crane/unloading requirements

  • Deliveries to outer service zones

These charges, if applicable, will be communicated during checkout or order confirmation.


Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are operational 7 days a week between:

8:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Delivery timelines may vary during:

  • Extreme weather conditions

  • High order volumes

  • Traffic restrictions

  • Local holidays or strikes


Tracking Your Order

  • Customers ordering through the Buildzo website will receive a live order tracking link via WhatsApp once the order is dispatched.

  • Real-time delivery updates and driver communication may also be shared through WhatsApp or phone call.


Returns & Refunds

For details regarding returns, damaged products, cancellations, and refunds, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy available on our website.

Certain construction materials such as cement, sand, aggregates, custom-cut items, or special-order products may not be eligible for returns.


Undeliverable Orders

If an order cannot be delivered due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Restricted site access

  • Unloading issues

Buildzo may:

  • Attempt re-delivery

  • Apply an additional delivery charge

  • Reschedule delivery based on availability

Our support team will contact you before re-attempting delivery.
